In this course, we mainly focus on most of Article 1 of the UCC, thoroughly going over the definitions and teaching how to read the Uniform Commercial Code with flow and intention.

We go over how to connect the dots and make connections within sections of the article. In addition, we briefly discuss the purpose of Article 2.

Furthermore, I make reference to an agreement (credit card), in which I show a direct correlation to information presented in Article 1.
