Due to the nature of digital products and their instant accessibility, we have a strict no refunds policy. Once the purchase is made, the sale is final, and no refunds will be provided. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds, returns, or exchanges will be provided under any circumstances.
Digital Products (Courses, Ebooks, Templates, etc.) Prior to making a purchase, we encourage you to thoroughly review the product description, features, and any available demonstrations or previews. By proceeding with the purchase, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and understood the product's content and its compatibility with your needs. Due to the instant and irrevocable access provided upon purchase, we do not offer refunds on digital products. Once materials are delivered or accessible, the sale is considered complete.
Consultations & Coaching Services
Consultation and coaching fees are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend a scheduled session, you may reschedule with at least 24-hour notice. Missed or canceled sessions without proper notice will be forfeited.
Community Memberships & Subscriptions
Our Community Membership is billed at $49.99 per month with no refunds once payments are made.
However, if a member upgrades from a monthly to an annual membership within seven (7) days of their first monthly payment, we will refund that month’s fee.
You may cancel future billing at any time; however, previously charged fees will not be refunded.
Your access will remain active through the end of your current billing cycle.
Unauthorized Charges / Payment Issues
